I wanted to come at 8pm so the salesman took the car I wanted to view home with him and let me core it as his residential address, the transaction took place in his office st home, this gave me so much trust knowing he invited me into his family home. After all, people don't usually sell rubbish from their doorstep. Once I got the car home I had it AA checked and was told that the Audi A3 I had purchased was in excellent condition and had no faults. Would 1000% recommend these guys.

Very happy with my experience, the guy was very friendly and patient with me. I was constantly changing my mind, asking numerous questions but the bloke helping was happy to answer ever question and remained patient with me despite my incompetence! I even had a slight issue with the car a few days after purchasing (my fault) and we was very helpful in assisting me. I would fully recommend, not only was the service great but I got an amazing price for my Mazda 6! I will be back to see if I can get my daughter a car from here also. Thank you!

Having read a few negative reviews on here I was a little skeptical however I can only describe my experience as a pleasure. My car was reasonsbly priced and the aftercare I received was perfect. Real personal touch. He let my 5 year old son who loves Cars sit in a bentley that was for sale.

Great experience from beginning to end from beechwood autos as I had saved alot for my first car and so wanted it to be special. It was the best priced car I could find. I traveled from Scotland and the dealer was nice enough to meet me halfway in Newcastle when I purchased the car. Since I purchased the car I recommended beechwood autos to my sister who has had an equally pleasant experience. Couldn't recommended them more.

Couple days ago bought Vauxhall Insignia 2009. Been surprised how such year car can have only 33500 on clock! Thought something wrong, but this dealer gave all proves of the car services, genuine milage. Yes, the car was a bit overpriced, comparing to other ones, even younger cars and better set, because this car has at least half milage of compared ones. I think we got a great car. Everything running smoothly. Also dealer took his own responsibility to make sure that MOT will pass without any advices, or if something wrong he will fix it straight away. But he was right, car conditions were perfect. This dealer selling only quality cars as I already own one. Also he gave me 3 months personal warranty for the car, that's really nice. Like he said, he's provide to any of his cars same 3 months warranty. For end, like I said, we just recently bought the car. If I'll have any problems with dealer or car, gonna update this review. This was my current experience. Big Thanks!

I put a deposit down on a car I found at Beechwood autos, they told me they'd service it and put a fresh 12 month mot on it for me. Unfortunately the car failed and had a few other faults along the way. 4 weeks later my car was ready after many hours at the garage trying diagnose the problems. They also gave me a car to use while my new car was being sorted as my old car had given up, which I was very thankful for as I couldn't get to work otherwise. The guys at Beechwood were top class and told me they didn't want to sell me a car that wasn't right. I've now had the car a week and couldn't be happier. Thanks for great service
